mixer has 2 main uses:It allows you to change the shade of gold to whatever carat-shade you like, whether it be 22, 18, 14 or 9 carat.
If you use it in small quantities, it hardly varies the shade of the gold but doubles its hardness. This is extremely useful when plating high-wearing items like watches and jewellery. In order to obtain the desired shade of gold, we recommend the use of the Mixing Kit (available on the Online Shop). We also recommend that you refer to the gold mixing table published in the Training Manual.
