The CopperPro electroforming system is designed so reliable results can be achieved even in beaker-scale plating setups. Maintaining the correct electrolyte chemistry requires accurate measurement of additions.
Additives can be measured by volume using a syringe or by weight using a digital scale, as indicated by the CopperPro Calculator.
This 1ml graduated syringe is supplied with a flexible plastic dispensing tip, allowing precise dispensing while reducing the risk of accidental injury.

Accurate Measurement in Small-Scale Plating
The CopperPro electroforming system is designed to operate reliably in small beaker-scale plating setups. Because the electrolyte volume is relatively small, accurate measurement of additions helps maintain the correct chemistry.
The process itself is fairly forgiving, and small variations in additions are usually tolerated. However, measuring additions accurately helps ensure consistent and reproducible plating results.

Additions may be measured either:

By volume, using a measuring syringe

By weight, using a digital scale
For very small additions, weighing on a scale accurate to 0.01 g can provide the highest precision.

Syringe Features
This is a long measuring syringe, allowing finer control and improved accuracy when dispensing small volumes.
It is supplied with a flexible plastic dispensing tip, allowing precise delivery while reducing the risk of accidental injury compared with rigid metal needles.
The syringe is also free from silicone lubricants, avoiding a potential source of contamination that can interfere with plating processes.
