The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods.

If you do receive a faulty item, please follow one of the procedures below.
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your order with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) if the goods are found to be faulty. Any orders placed and paid for through our store that you find a mistake made by yourself must be immediately be reported to us on 0800 6344 674 as items can be sent out as soon as 2 hours from a purchase.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period of 7 days.
Please telephone us on 0800 6344 674 if you would like to return your order, and we will arrange a collection.
Cash refunds for goods can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
