This Fibre Nib has been designed and manufactured by Spa Plating to fit both our Plating Pen and our Battery Powered Plating Pen. These are the only nibs that are suitable for our platinum pen plating solution and are highly recommended for our rhodium pen plating solutions. These nibs are
We recommend soaking your fibre nib in pen plating solution for half an hour before use and using the tweezers (also included in the kit) to fit the nib into the end of the plating pen. This is to avoid any possible contamination of the pen plating solution by the gloves you’re wearing. To clean your fibre nib just hold it under running water for a minute or so.
Then give it a quick rinse with deionised water before leaving it to dry.
